  tire component
After thinking for a whole while i like the new motor rule more and more. Now it’s necessary to develope a season strategy like last year with the tires at the end of the season. That will automatically cause more shifts in the ranking.
By the way, now that the motors are more realistic, we could think about a new concept for the tires rule for the future. Meanwhile in reality there is not really an option a prime tire anymore. Therefore we have soft, medium, hard etc... Maybe there are better ways to realize the actual status quo but here is

my suggestion:
tires coefficient = Tire
quantity available for season = n
points for the race = P
drivers out in a race = OUT

ultrasoft: tire = 5 n = 2
supersoft: tire = 4 n = 3
soft: tire = 3 n = 4
medium: tire = 2 n=5
hard: tire = 1 n = 6

This would lead to:
P = tire x OUT

It sounds complicated but it’s not. This way you would have to take care that you have good tires equipped if you expect lot of outages. On the other side it’ always good to have an ultrasoft available if you need a lot of points for a head to head , in the cup or near the end of the season, but where the risk of outages is more less than at the beginning of the season . This would connect to the real world with “tire saving” which could payout at the end, or can punish you because you already lost connection .
Maximum points of 30 would be enough to keep it exciting. To reach the maximum it needs only 6 outs and ultrasoft tire. The worst case would be to loose with 6:30 but that’s your own fault if you are gambling and equip the hard ones .
I think this would fire up a new exciting component to the game, to win the cup it would need a excellent strategically performance :D. I can imagine how annoying it would be to see each car failing when you have equipped the hard ones, or how you are tearing hair because nobody is making mistakes and you got the ultra soft. :D

A possible distribution depending on the number of races for the season could also be:
ultrasoft: tire = 5 n = 3
supersoft: tire = 4 n = 4
soft: tire = 3 n = 5
medium: tire = 2 n = 4
hard: tire = 1 n = 3

Looking forward to your feedback

I do like the idea of changing the tire component to make it more true to life. I just don't want it to be too complicated that I spend most of my downtime trying to maximize my team, I have a hard enough time as it is treading water anymore.
