  Double points for final race
This new rules are unbelievably stupid. With this Formula One becomes a show event and loses its sportive nature.

I'm fine with the other rules.
At picking numbers, I'd choose 13, guess it'll give me some respect of other drivers, some of them might not risk an accident with me.

About cost reduction and maximum budget:
The rules and the payouts of rights holder should be changed in that way, that every Formula One constructor becomes nearly independent of any sponsors, so that in times of lesser success, surviving is never a question. With higher payouts and therefore higher revenues resulting in a more even distribution of budget, every constructor shall be able to build a car which is within a range of 107% of the pole setter.

From what I know, the rights holder CVC, Ecclestone etc.) keep nearly 50% of the total incomes of the whole Season (charges of the race circuits promoter, main sponsors like Rolex, broadcasting rights).
Why has Formula One been sold at all?

I have no problem if major players like Ferrari and Mercedes will always have a budget advantage. From history we learnt that it not a guarantee for constructor championships every year. Benetton 1994, 1995, Renault 2005, 2006 and Brawn 2009 are given as examples.

I just wanted to ask whether we'll have to adapt to this nonsense, too. I hope not. Just to think about the 2013 PFRL Championship and that new rule at the same time gives me the shivers.

Concerning the matter that the champion will have the number one and the other drivers can choose their number between 2 and 99, why not? Just don't be surprised if all the nerdy guys will choose number 42 and all the badass guys number 69.

A 5 seconds penalty for smaller misdoings when sometimes even the boundaries between a drive through penalty and a 10 second penalty overlap? I don't know. Especially after Sepp Blatter redefined the lenght of a minute it'll get even more complicated.

However, if the salary cap really comes in due time (let's say when Sauber still exists), then at least stupidity doesn't win by a landslide.
