Van der garde is not on the drivers list. will this be rectified or if i have the driver he replaces be substituted for the points?

I still hope that Van der Garde won't drive for Sauber. I'll make my decision tomorrow after the free practice sessions. It's a weird situation which isn't easy to handle.
Edit 13.03.2015: I am not going to add GvdG to the PFRL database, because I don't believe that he will drive.
